Founded in 1995 by Joey and Kayemille Goss, Cheldan Homes built three homes in its first year of business. Today, Cheldan is ranked as the 6th largest builder in Fort Worth, a Top Twenty Builder in the DFW metroplex, and the 230th largest builder in the US. This year, our team of forty employees will build 250 homes for buyers in over 20 new home communities. In 14 years, we’ve built over 2,500 homes for Texas families.
However, no matter how much we grow, our commitment to each individual Cheldan homeowner and the quality of each home never wavers. Year after year, our exceptional client care is reflected in homeowner surveys that indicate the highest level of satisfaction with our company. Even more, we are overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from our community and trade partners for a family we have not yet even met. Our community is pulling together for a common cause – reminding us exactly what it is that makes the metroplex, the state of Texas and the USA a great place to live and work.
You can help! We’re going to build a new house in only one week. We need donated materials, skilled construction volunteers, unskilled location volunteers, donations for the family and a community working together to make it happen.
